Welcome to the web site of No Nonsense Kits, manufacturers of possibly the best, most detailed and complete 4mm scale multiple unit kits currently available.
Our range so far
includes most of the Bulleid-style SR electric units from the 1939 and
1946 4-Subs, to the 1951 4-EPBs, and 1958/59 2-EPB and 2-Hap, together
with a growing range of components. We are also working on various Diesel units
and modern outline stock, and as soon as our sub-contractors deliver our new
press-tools, expect to see a few additions to the range
Our
kits include all the major components, and are manufactured in metal for quick
and easy assembly, using readily available adhesives. Full provision is made for
fitting motor bogies (they just bolt in place), and a selection of jigs,
templates, scale drawings, prototype information and full written instructions
are all included.
The completed models are authentic, well-balanced, and smooth-running, and have received much critical acclaim. Many customers have returned after completing their kits to buy more, and that is probably the best recommendation anyone can have.

Modern
Traction Kits 4mm scale range, and have continued production of a number of
products, with modified and improved tooling. Though more basic than our own
range, these kits are quite economical, and in experienced hands can produce
acceptable models. There are a number of interesting models in the range, which
are not available anywhere else
