All consist of cast whitemetal bodies, underframe details and bogie sides. The tooling is generally to a reasonable standard, though the flat surfaces on the Gas Turbine and roof panels on the AC electrics will require some cleaning-up. |

Each includes a pre-formed etched brass body shell, cast ends, bogie sides and details, to fit a modified proprietary chassis. The electric locos also require pantographs from Lima, Roco, Sommerfelt, Liliput or Trix. E7/E8 are temporarily unavailable as they are being re-tooled. New kits will be released to a similar design and price in the near future. |

These consist of newly-tooled 1-piece pre-formed etched brass body shells (inc. doors), with original MTK cast whitemetal ends, bogies, and underframe fittings, and pressed aluminium floors. Body shells are much closer to the correct shape than was achieved by MTK, with a smooth curve to the bottom of the sides, and the distinctive flattened roof profile. Partly revised kit, which builds well and looks good when finished. |

Consist of formed 1-piece punched aluminium body shells, with cast ends, doors (128), underframe, & bogies. The 128 fits together well, and finished models look good! However, the tooling is now worn out, and when existing stocks are sold, it will be deleted from the range. The Class 100 is a short run of kits available for 2008 only: the body shells have come out very nicely, and all fits together reasonably well, though a bit of filling and filing will be required at the inner ends. The castings are good (for MTK) and we have spent some time cleaning them up before packing them. |
