| Payment |
We
accept cash, postal orders or cheques. Cash should not be sent by normal
post. Cheques and P/Os should be crossed, payable to No Nonsense Kits.
We cannot yet accept foreign currency or credit cards. Please
allow 21 days for delivery, to allow for clearance of cheque, and where
applicable, manufacture of components. If we are unable to supply, we will
contact you. If you have not
received your order after 21 days please contact us immediately, to enable
us to trace missing parcels before expiry of carriage insurance cover. |
| Delivery | For those with email please quote your email address when you order and we will advise you on its progress at each stage. |
| Postage and packing | Orders up to
£20
add £2 Orders over £20 10% of order value – maximum £6.00 Orders
are despatched using the most cost effective service depending on weight
and insurance cover. If desired, registered post can be used at an extra
charge. |
| Faulty goods and shortages | We aim to despatch goods in perfect condition but occasionally a sub-standard item may slip through our quality control system. If you receive goods which are deficient in this way please return the faulty item or detail the shortage together with proof of purchase. We will replace the item and refund your postage provided you notify us within 30 days of purchase. |
| Prices and specification | We aim to maintain prices between each issue of our catalogue but occasionally our suppliers may increase the prices charged to us. We reserve the right to amend any of our prices at the date of despatch. We also reserve the right to amend the specification of our products at any time. |
| VAT | We are not registered for VAT and therefore all prices are net of VAT. Overseas customers will not therefore be able to reclaim VAT. |
